1. Overview & Agreement
Welcome to Nimantran ("the Studio", "we", "us", accessible via https://nimantran.online). By commissioning a digital invitation, submitting celebration details, or using our interactive guest management features, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Deliverables & Service Scope
Nimantran handcrafts bespoke, responsive web invitations for sacred celebrations (weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and festivals). Depending on your selected tier, your delivery includes:
- Digital Invitation Web Experience: A dedicated, fast-loading mobile invitation URL featuring curated typography, traditional music playback, interactive ceremony timeline, and 1-tap Google Maps directions.
- Personalized Per-Guest Links (Bespoke & Concierge): Unique tokenized links showing guest family names directly on the digital card, coupled with a WhatsApp RSVP dispatch link.
- Host RSVP Dashboard (Concierge Tier): Real-time headcount collation, dietary preferences, and exportable guest attendance logs.
3. Turnaround SLA & Production Timelines
Our standard studio delivery commitment is 24 to 48 hours once complete celebration details, high-resolution photographs, and itinerary notes are received from the client. During peak muhurat seasons (November–December), client capacity is strictly capped to protect our delivery commitments.
4. Revision Policy
Each commissioned order includes two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional fee. Revisions include:
- Correcting spelling of family names, titles, and dates.
- Updating muhurat timings, rituals, or venue addresses.
- Replacing personal photographs or audio selections.
Major design overhauls or switching to an entirely different architectural template after preview generation is considered a new commission and may incur an adjustment fee.
5. Hosting Duration & Archival Lifespan
All commissioned invitations remain active, high-speed, and accessible online:
- Royal Bespoke Tier: 12 months of guaranteed high-availability hosting from event date.
- Concierge & Bespoke Suites: 36 months of guaranteed hosting and permanent memory link preservation.
Hosts may request early takedown or archiving at any point by notifying our studio concierge.
6. Guest Data & Host Responsibilities (DPDP Compliance)
When utilizing our per-guest personalized links or RSVP collation system:
- Host Consent Representation: The client represents and warrants that they have received appropriate permission from invitees to provide their names and contact information for the purpose of receiving invitation materials.
- Data Processor Role: Nimantran acts strictly as a data processor. Guest data is never used for marketing, never shared with third parties, and is automatically purged 30 days following celebration conclusion.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we maintain redundant edge cloud hosting and 99.9% uptime architecture, Nimantran shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, telecommunications disruptions, or client-supplied inaccurate details.
In all circumstances, Nimantran's total aggregate liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the exact monetary amount received from the client for that specific order.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
