1. Our Quality & Satisfaction Philosophy
At Nimantran, every living digital invitation is crafted as a bespoke digital keepsake tailored specifically to your family's cultural heritage and event timeline. We maintain clear, honest commitments regarding turnaround, preview approvals, and refunds.
2. Order Cancellation Window (100% Refund)
You may cancel your invitation order for a full 100% refund under either of the following circumstances:
Immediate Cancellation: You notify us within two (2) hours of completing your online payment, prior to our creative team initiating work on your asset rendering.
Turnaround SLA Guarantee: In the rare event that Nimantran fails to deliver your initial invitation preview link within the agreed SLA (standard 48 hours from receipt of complete details), you may opt to cancel immediately for a full 100% refund.
3. Post-Preview & Creative Work Policy
Because digital invitations are customized digital software products configured with your family names, dates, ceremonies, and private media, refunds are not available once the initial interactive preview link has been generated and delivered.
Instead of a cancellation, your commission includes two (2) full rounds of revisions. Our design team works directly with you on WhatsApp to adjust typography, music, timings, itineraries, and photographs until you are completely delighted with the finished invitation.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
When a refund is approved by our billing team:
- Refunds are initiated directly to the original payment method (via Razorpay gateway, UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card).
- Under banking and payment gateway standards in India, credited funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
- You will receive an official payment refund confirmation receipt via email and WhatsApp.
